The terms and conditions for each service will be established in the respective service contract, which will determine the specifications of the services, the price of the services, the payment method for the services, among other specifications and terms that must be accepted by the customer when hiring our services.
Grupo Matisses may cancel any service and may change or discontinue the availability of services at any time at its sole discretion.
The price of the services will be determined by the services contracted by the client.
The user or client may request and schedule an appointment through the website. To schedule an appointment please complete the form, select a date and time available for the consultation and specify the reason for the consultation in the required field. Please note that consultations may be subject to Grupo Matisses availability. Grupo Matisses may contact the customer or user to confirm the appointment.
The user or client may request information about our services through the contact form available on the website or through our contact information (including WhatsApp). Our support team will be attentive and available to answer your questions and concerns.
- PAYMENTS
Customers will be able to make payments for our services through the website by entering the amount in Colombian pesos and completing the payment process.
Payments made through the website will be processed through Mercado Pago (payment processor), which may include and offer different payment options, among the main ones, payment by credit/debit card or PSE (see the options available through Mercado Pago).
Once the payment process is completed and the transaction is processed, an electronic receipt will be sent to the customer’s email address.
If you find any inconsistencies in your billing, please contact us through our contact information or you can file a complaint through the customer service of the corresponding payment processor.
If your payment is declined, you will need to provide an alternative payment method or provide another card on which the payment can be charged and processed.
Your payment data will be treated and protected securely and for the sole purpose of processing payments within the website and will be treated, stored and secured by the respective payment processors (Mercado Pago). Grupo Matisses reserves the right to contract any payment processor available on the market, which will process your payment data for the sole purpose of processing payments within the website.
